locked again............whats going on?
https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=4265489&p=3Did someone post something that was against the rules and I never saw it? Oh well....
I'll continue here:
Anyway, got my thyroid panel with two thyroid antibody test results back. This blood was drawn a week after I personally lowered my thyroid dose. I take a combo T3 and T4.
-Any T3 changes made reflect in testing about
5 hrs later .
-T4 is a storage med for your body to make T3 when needed. So this test was to soon to see T4 changes (one month)
-TSH can see changes in approx 10 hrs
-Antibodies can see a rise along with inflamation made by them in short time, prob a few days.
Results:
1) The hyper thyroid event that I felt after the second vaccination would have shown in the hormone levels had I not lowered my med dose. My T3, and TSH all look good. I apparently guessed my low dose needed very accurately, Dr was blown away lol.
2)**My one elevated antibody did go up about
40% from two months earlier, even though its been going sightly down for years.**
3)My other antibody still stayed low as it has been for four years now.
Now I have to slowly ramp up my med again by feel and then testing to prove level. This costs $40 each time.
I hiked a short nature trail Sunday, unusually got shin splints since my fitness recovery still is not back to baseline, but close.
I did more blood tests too. My permanent under rage white blood cell count got a good kick in the behind and is ***now in low normal range****......which is great. Hope it doesn't drop down again.
I did not re-test immunoglobulins, (mine are always low) ins prob wont do this repeatedly and its costly.
**So what low level immune cells I have did react to this in both a bad way and good way**
I realize some newbies might be confused reading this, I encourage all of you with lyme to test and understand your immune system. You can be low immune and over reactive immune (auto) simultaneously. I can just explain it here, you should learn it, its all on line.
