no experience of bicillin so i please do not take my input as advice
but since no-one else posted just wanted to give you some input rather than nothing
i am not aware of a bicillin "stealth effect" - i suspect it could be a lyme myth - unless there is some scientific basis i am not aware of
generally more than one abx is required for treatment of Chromic Lyme and many of the typical lyme antibiotics are found to be synergistic when used in combinations rather than singly.
other reasons for stopping some components of combination abx may be valid, when adding another. eg to help manage severity of herx like reactions - or to remove one with adverse reactions in favour of another with less.
low dose naltrexone is an immune modulating treatment primarily - i don't see any reason to stop using it with bicillin
binders act predominantly in the gut - bicillin injected - so i would not expect an interaction. that said some people experience herx like reactions from binders for reasons that are not well understood. in that case it might be necessary to stop or reduce treatments that cause herx while adding bicillin - purely to manage discomfort from herx like reactions.
the below is Pfizers information on administration
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
BICILLIN L-A IS INTENDED FOR INTRAMUSCULAR INJECTION ONLY. DO NOT INJECT INTO OR NEAR AN ARTERY OR NERVE, OR INTRAVENOUSLY OR ADMIX WITH OTHER INTRAVENOUS SOLUTIONS. (SEE WARNINGS SECTION.)
Administer by DEEP INTRAMUSCULAR INJECTION in the upper, outer quadrant of the buttock (dorsogluteal) or the ventrogluteal site. In neonates, infants and small children, the midlateral aspect of the thigh may be preferable. Administration in the anterolateral thigh is not recommended due to the adverse effects observed (see WARNINGS section), and vascularity of this region. When doses are repeated, vary the injection site.
Because of the high concentration of suspended material in this product, the needle may be blocked if the injection is not made at a slow, steady rate.
Parenteral drug products should be inspected visually for particulate matter and discoloration prior to administration whenever solution and container permit.
