Hello everyone,
I am new here. I am looking for advice. I want to get as much information as I can possibly get. I am suffering greatly. At this very moment, I am herxing so badly. Right now it's shakes, vertigo, and anxiety, which are almost always happening anyway, as I never get any breaks but I do get lots of wax and waning. I just got supplements from my doc to help, but I am scared t take anything. I have had constant symptoms that haven't let up since mid-May. One of the very worst things is anxiety, as many of us have. I tried one the "Cortisol Manager" he suggested, but I am not sure that does anything. Then,
I am just looking for advice from stories of yours. Anything you wanna share to help me and various others who read this. I am doing my best to listen to my docs (I have many) but this is so tough and I have been dealing with this "mystery" illness for years. It's just gotten to the point where I am figuring this all out.
Looking for hope. I feel like I'm losing it.
You are in the right place if you are looking for hope
My anxiety was REALLY bad. My doctor discovered my Vit B was low. They put me on a B Vitamin and it has really helped. B Activ by Xymogen
AIM Barley Grass, AIM JusCarrots, Aim Redibeets, Kyolic Garlic 103. These things have changed my life. It takes a couple of months for it to impact your system, but once you make it a part of your regular routine, your body will thank you
As your body starts to kill off all the bad stuff, you need to make sure you are flushing it properly. The lymphatic system plays the central role in building immune response. It enables the body to rid itself of bacteria and viruses, filter foreign substances and cell debris from the blood and produce lymphocytes. It removes toxins. My lymph nodes were swollen and I took AIM Herbal Release Lymphatic Health.
I am not paid to endorse ANY of this. I was guided these things from the testimony of people right here on this forum. I am just paying it forward. Hope it works out and I am praying for you. Trust me, it gets better.
