I am not sure what is involved in treating the HPA axis, but I think the last 3 in the list can be treated simultaneously. I would treat those for 4-12 weeks until symptoms are stabilized. Then slowly add treatments for 1 and 2.
What you probably don’t realize is toxins are what’s causing most of your symptoms. Your body is overwhelmed by toxins from within and toxins from without. The goal is to get symptoms to a manageable level so that treatment can be tolerated.
I really found TUDCA to be especially beneficial for this. Can you get a bottle of Nutricost brand TUDCA off Amazon and take one capsule 2x day every day at least until you finish a full bottle?
Epsom salt baths also made me feel better, but I had to work my work up to it. I started with 1 cup in a foot bath and did that until I felt brave enough to do a full bath. Then I started with 1 cup and warm (not hot) water and worked my way up to 20 minutes. Then I moved up to 2 cups and then 3.
Coffee enemas could be very beneficial for you and fairly easy to tolerate. Use a mold free coffee like Bulletproof. (NOTE: In your 1st post, you listed the instructions the practitioner gave you. The Elyte Electrolytes would be good to take right after an enema.)

When I was heavily detoxing mold, even just taking a shower gave me some brief relief. I would take 2 showers a day sometimes.
I typically shower in the morning, but I always wash my face, hair, and arms again before bed. I learned this from other mold websites. It removes toxins accumulated on skin and hair throughout the day.
Practicing frequent decontamination (washing) can go a long way in reducing mold symptoms. Getting out of constant exposure is the first step, though.
Consider replacing your pillow and bed linens and buying a complete allergy proof encasement for your mattress/box springs. You can order an organic hypoallergenic pillow from Target for about
$16.99. Wash your bed linens 1-2x week. Add borax in the wash when washing any of your stuff to reduce mold. Keep your room as clean and dust free as possible. Keep fragrance out of your space and off your stuff and off your body. Fragrance is nothing but toxic chemicals.
