Buhner protocol herbs order

What order is the Buhner protocol supposed to be started with? I was thinking Knotweed, then Cats claw, then gou-teng, and then andrographis. Does that seem right?

buhner suggests all three together at 25% to start

but if you are sensitive - its is a good idea to start with one, then another after a week when you know if you react to it and so on

i don't think the order is very important as you will be on them all for a long time - 12montsh or more

overall he regards knotweed as the most specific for lyme - so perhaps start there

Andrographis seems to have dropped in importance in the protocol - i think it was somewhat helpful for CNS inflammation - but no longer take it

Gou-teng, for me personally, was more something that was a bit calming but not something that was really necessary for treatment. Kind of like L-theanine in a way.

I took the concentrated granules in a yellow bottle. It's a Chinese brand. You can't miss it, it's a pretty popular brand for Gou-teng.
