Has anyone tried TRT training for hyperacusis? Any recommendations on YouTube or elsewhere?

Not sure what trt is, Google says testosterone replacement therapy. Raising the gaba side of my gaba/glutamate ratio is helpful for my sound sensitivity and tinnitus issues

Tinnitus retraining is probably what Sunfun means. I have not tried it, but it seems up my alley.

hello, i think i understand joke.
sunfun wants to talk about
the ear
bailey asks testosterone
but the joke is this: it was really about
the ear.
sunfun can not put testosterone in ear.
my wife she laughed also.
tinnitus, very bad.
what you can do.
put device with sound like tinnitus
but has to match the sound of tinnitus
then the ear get used to it
and then the ear no longer hear the tinnitus
it was said by doctor pawel jastreboff that this is TRT.
very effective.
