I'm highly functional and less mold sensitive than before, but it’s still a problem for me.
We were at a company today for a thesis project for school but I got so much headache there that we had to decline that project, even as it fitted us very well.
I do binders, sauna, etc at a high frequency during the week.
DNRS is what has helped the most but something I rarely do anymore. To get down my sensitivity after this I plan to do one-hour DNRS each day for the rest of the week. That isn't something I have time for later, but I think it's very important for me to prioritize getting in 10 min each day for the next months.
Anything else that helps for decreasing mold sensitivity?
Just finished 30 min of DNRS and will do the last 30 min in the sauna later today.
Another thing that helped earlier this year was to reduce internet usage. Especially negative news, where I'm reading a lot about
Covid for the moment. So it's time to cut that out again for most days of the week. Keep Healingwell, Youtube, weather, and for school/work only. Replace that with reading more books instead.
I don't really have all that time this will take but I feel don’t have a choice. I need to make a jump in health around this and from now until the 17th of Jan I can easily cut down on some work and school that I do, to prioritize this. I'm crying when writing this and it feels awful to feel this weak again.
