Look at the bottle. Does it give a dosage by weight? If not, try looking the exact product up online and see what the information says about dosage per lb or kg. Then you will have to do the math.

NOTE:
Take the vitamins and Quercetin about 2 hours apart from the Iver and other Rx drugs. I read that Quercetin can increase the effects of some drugs.

Personally, I would try it with water first. Most of us are used to awful tasting herbs and pills. I think taking something awful tasting mixed in juice or food might make me throw up.

Lingering…

I started to feel better. Even stopped the supps as I traveled home.
Never took Iver… BUT…. As of yesterday feeling the same symptoms come on again.. sore throat swollen throat nodes ,headaches and feeling like I have a virus..
So this is about fourteen days in.
My kids or mother never showed signs( well one child had a tiny stuffy nose for two nights!

Right now I know for entire families with it. We are surrounded.

Started backin supps shoukd never had stopped. And thinking about starting the iver tommarow.
