I might’ve broke my rib cage?

Doctors ask if I fell and I said no but I remember I kept collapsing on the floor at the hospital due to Bart and when they pushed on my back rib it hurt badly. I could’ve broken my rib! I remember hearing someone on here with bartonella and disaligned rib cage or something. Has anyone else experienced this? Can bartonella cause damage to your rib cage?
