I understand your confusion, I really wish companies would stop doing that.
In short: the S and L are often simply implied in the supplement world and in your case it's probably is.
However, semantically speaking, they aren't the same.
Glutathione exists of 3 amino acids: glutamate, cysteine, and glycine.
Amino acids can have an L and D form. But only the L form is used by cells. Therefor, it would be extremely unlikely that they are giving you the D form. Also, the L form is way more abundant.
As for the Acetyl and S-Acetyl, it's because it has an acetyl group (COCH3) attached to the sulfur atom of the cysteine in the glutathione molecule.
Which, simply speaking, makes sure it doesn't break down in your gut. Which normal glutathione does.
It's the better form of glutathione.
But yeah, in short, it's very likely the same, given that you're buying it as a supplement (it's often implied in the supplement world).
