I really don’t know what to do. Keep seeing drs and other practitioners. Nothing is working. Can’t figure it out. I feel so so helpless. I am tired of this illness. I want my health and life back. I feel like I am at a standstill in treatment.
Sigh.
Miss feeling normal.

Sorry you are having a rough time.
What happened with the mold. Did you find out where you were being exposed? Did you do an ERMI on your home?

Hi Sunfun
sorry to hear of your distress
i can certainly empathise with the confusion and distress caused by the complexity and uncertainty that comes with this illness.
if you would like to breakdown your history a little
- how it all started for you
- what positive tests and diagnosis you have had
- what you have tried so far/for how long - and what the outcome was
- and what the latest doctor/practitioners visits have said
and perhaps finally what exactly your most recent points of confusion are
there are a lot of people on the board who have travelled many roads themselves in their own struggles with mysterious illness and would be only too willing to share some of their experience and perspectives - so perhaps that may help
alternatively - I would be willing to spend some time with you one to one to try to help as an experienced sounding board and patient advocate.
if that sounds like something you would like to do, just drop me an email to the email in my profile page.

Walking by faith: I did the mold test a while back. Don’t understand the results bc there’s no explanation on the paperwork.
Garzie: thank you soooo much!! I don’t even know where to start. My history is so long. But I will say that out all the tests I’ve done over the years, the only one that came back positive was my Lyme for western blot (igenex). Saw various practitioners for treatment of this, fail. Right now I’m seeing a homeopath (5th one) and doing some energy treatment at home with a device I purchased. Also self treating with herbals. Absolutely nothing is working.

Sometimes I wonder is it really Lyme causing my symptoms or is it something else. I’ve had tests for other diseases, they were negative.

Totally understandable you want your life back. As so many here have found with Lyme, there is no simple road to finding improvement, but it can be done. That is the main thought to remember.
It would be hard to find someone who hasn't had a battle getting better. Then there's better, then worse again, then better. But continuing to look for answers and support is good, and that is what you are doing.

Running wild: sooo true! A literal roller coaster ride is all I’ve been through since getting sick. Highs and lows. Sigh.
Onwards...
