happy to compare notes - here or offline - but if we do it here others can share in the conversations and benefit from the information
easiest way to post pictures here is to upload an image to a site like this one

ref bartonella - of all of the co-infections it seems to be most strongly associated with auto-immunity
especially Hashimoto's
it also causes many skin conditions - pustules, red dots (petechiae ), rough patches / skin scaling, thinning, hypo and hyper pigmentation - and of course the well known red/purple bart streaks ( just do a google search for images on " bartonella streaks" ) but these only seem to appear in a subset of
patients - rather than the majority
pretty much all of them cause fatigue - mine had been overwhelming unrelenting fatigue for years on end - but now much improved after sustained treatment - see my signature for overview of that
note on testing - even at good labs like Igenex is fraught with difficulties - for lyme and co-infections - mainly lack of sensitivity ( causes many false negatives ) so just be aware that testing cannot be relied upon to rule out lyme or any of the co-infections
i am not sure which western blot quest use - but all western blots are not created equal - they use different antigens and methods and western blots are also interpreted by eye by human technicians - so there is a great deal of lab to lab variability.
i would guess quests is not as sensitive as the igenex one - as Igenex specialise in tick borne infections - and even theirs still misses a lot of cases.
i know its a mine field - its just important to understand the limitations of lab testing for lyme and co - infections early on - to avoid getting sent down the wrong track and wasting years without addressing important infectious causes - on the back of a negative test.
This has happened to me and countless others.
