I'm curious how many months/years you have been on your mold protocol? I understand it can take an average 6 month to 5 years to feel well again for many, generally averaging 1.5 years for most. I know I am going to need antifungals at some point, as I surely have colonization. I know that there is no way to avoid using them, or else it'll continue to be this way. This is based on the clinical case studies, I should say. Now, I hope that I feel better being in a different environment, even if it's just for a couple of weeks. I have only been away for about 36 hours at most, but I felt no different. Maybe it wasn't long enough, who knows. I just worry that it isn't mold so much, that I will move, and still feel exactly the same for a long time. Well, at least then I can start on binders after being on Gupta and then MCAS supplements for some Tim. Then I will continue to make small additions. I know it'll take a bit, but at least it'll go uphill from there, I hope.
That was a good move to get rid of everything. Material things are just as they sound - material. It's just an item. Your life means so much more and I am happy to hear that you are alive.
It’s only been a year since we’ve been out of mold. The things that have been gone are night sweats, waking up every 1-2 hours, that mold anger brain, air hunger, and coordination. I suspect it’ll be a WHILE til we can deal with this. Antifungals are impossible to take, as they are still way too strong.
However, now it’s time to focus on Lyme which is it’s own monster.
I am of the firm belief that mold will always be something that needs to be addressed, regardless if it’s causing a lot of noticeable systems. Your body is fighting something already with Lyme and mold causes the body to react pretty strongly.
