Ototoxicity With Azithromycin for Lyme

Has anyone gotten tinnitus/ear ringing while treating with azithromycin? I did it for a week and am now stopping due to the worrying side effect of tinnitus and Ototoxicity,

Has anyone dealt with this issue?

i did a lot of zith as one of the two abx needed to address bartonella on the ear nerves which was the cause of the ringing and vertigo... see this thread for ideas
