Supplemental creatine did very minimal for me, was not worth the cost. Did nothing for energy, only helped muscle recovery a little after a workout session or competition.
Protein was a little more noticeable, but not much.
For muscle recovery, fully learning self myofascial and trigger point release was the answer.
My energy issues were more about
adrenal the thyroid problems- prob started from the infections.
Back then liquid tuarine gave me more calm energy than anything.
(I went to a mito Dr too who treated a world known athlete in search of my answers.....and then went full circle back to lyme. The "mito" world seems to be more confusing than lyme.....they dont really know much.)
