Both of these are used for a calmer state of mind and better sleep amongst other things. I have zero experience with these two supplements.
I’ve tried more than a few supplements for cortisol based anxiety, but like to ask others before I try new ones. And of course different supplements can have different effects on different people.
So I’m wondering what these have done for you based on calmer state of mind, ease of sleep without being totally sedated! And of course what are the negative side effects if any?
Since I naturally have higher cortisol levels there are times when I need to control it. I do this with supplements and propranolol RX, Which I take a lot less of now versus when lyme was really bad.
I’m a firm believer that Supplements should be rotated and I’m not too keen on being on RX medicine long term so I’m always looking for alternatives.
Pretty calm at the moment so it’s a good time to learn.
