Tested positive for Covid 2 days ago

I am unvaccinated with tick borne illness and I tested positive for Covid-19 2 days ago so far my symptoms are mild which is due to initial transmission but they say around the 5th-6th day can worsen. I have liver jaundice due to liver enzyme and stuff because of this infection so I can’t even get the Covid treatment pill . I talked to them today and said it’s not suitable for people with kidney or liver dysfunction and since my hands are turning yellowing and feet and my liver hurts I know how unsafe it would be for me to take the pill. I’m in a remote location, living at work and so the next town is 3 hours drive, so I’m stuck if anything bad happens. It’s ridiculous. I don’t even know what to do at this point.

they are by a group of doctors who disagree with the NIH about the vaccine only approach - at the expense of other effective treatments.

many of the options can be pursued without access to a medical doctor if needed

but it should go without saying that in your position it would be wise to be cautious about checking the medications against your pre-existing conditions.

Hi and welcome! Are you under a doctor’s care for your liver? Is it your kidney’s, too, or just the liver? That sounds really serious and more than just Lyme disease.

Many people take supplements to aid their liver - milk thistle, TUDCA, D-limonene. Some do castor oil liver packs, liver flushes, parasite treatment to address liver flukes. Those all aid the liver, but I haven’t heard anyone here talk about jaundice from their liver being that sick. Those natural treatments may not be safe in the case of liver disease or failure, so please talk to your liver doctor if you want to try those. Of all those, TUDCA is known to lower liver enzymes pretty quickly.
