I have a history of chronic like Lyme symptoms… no longer under the care of an llmd. I found a engorged tick buried in my scalp last night. I live in CT and Maine (half and half)… the tick was so engorged it was on me for days. Sent a pic into tick encounter & they came back with the American dog tick. I am so scared I have Rocky Mountain fever or something. Im 15 weeks pregnant!! My OB told me I can’t take antibiotics and it’s just a wait and see game. Pls help I am in complete panic mode.

put some oregano and mint with a carrier and apply to area . dr jones used to put mothers to be on amoxicillin prophylactically so borrelia has a harder transmission in utero. take the buhner amount of astralugus while you research what herbs may be safe for your passenger. why cant u take antibiotics ? an er is obligated to give you two weeks treatment at least , try not to worry or stress

there are numerous antibiotics that are used in pregnancy for Lyme - LLMD's do it all the time

your OB is ill-informed - i would suggest you look elsewhere for care for the tick borne illness element of your health as in general lyme sufferers get denial and obstruction from conventional medicine doctors who are not lyme literate.

There are antibiotics safe for pregnancy.

I wouldn’t leave it - a few weeks of abx treatment is warranted.
