That wouldn’t be much different than taking a sleeping pill and a caffeinated beverage at the same time, it would be pointless.

Meaning if you’re taking two with opposing results it’s usually because during the day you may have opposing symptoms. In that case you take them a good time apart.
Example, it’s not uncommon for people who have adrenal cortisol issues to have opposing symptoms at different times of the day. Meaning they may need something that decreases the energy in the mornings for their cortisol is going crazy high) and something that increases cortisol in the afternoon (when it’s at an all time low) , this is going to be possibly six hours apart.
Perhaps this is what the LLMD was meaning but did not explain it well?
