Luta - i do not mean to be dismissive or disrespectful of your beliefs
but i have to say that what is pictured in that image does not look like any known eukaryotic organisms or known gut parasite.
i'm referring to the largest rounded object in the frame with filmy gauze like translucent protuberances with frayed appearance attached to it
it does not have any of the recognisable features of say
-nematode worms
-other segmented worms
-liver flukes
other helminths
it does not have the symmetry normally expected of any multicellular parasite
it does not have the segmented body of any invertebrate that would have legs or moving appendages - such as arthropods
it does however have what look like multicellular membranes / tissues around its edges consistent with some form of plant material in the diet
it is also asymmetrical and amorphous
this is consistent with some fragment of some form of plant source in the diet - potentially a partially digested seed husk of some sort ( due to its rounded nature) or a part digested piece of some of other fibrous material.
to be clear - I'm not saying you don't have parasite of any kind
or that parasites of some kind are no common in the general public - and perhaps more so in the Lyme community
just that based on my extensive research and pretty broad experience in biology and microscopy (including stool analysis) there are often things we cannot positively identify - but
that particular image does not look like any known parasite genus or species that I have come across -
