Well, Plum Island in addition to Rocky Mountain Lab in Montana, and Ft. Detrick in Maryland, purportedly...And supposedly at least two other nations circa WWII toyed with weaponizing ticks.
So we all know the story of three basically unknown diseases showing up in the late 60's at the same time around Long Island, and the potential import of that.
My question, and obviously that of others, is did any agency manage to engineer a function added element to Bb and babs and rickettsia, or combine them in such a way, as to make a tick bite more virulent.
As Garzie pointed out so soundly, we don't really need to know that to reach a conclusion that something not kosher has been going on. But it would explain a lot.
