They like to label every oddball quirkiness there is today with some sort of acronym......then (!) that gives them a reason to hand out a medication that only covers the symptoms and NOT solve them.
They didn’t have all those acronyms when I was a kid. They were just starting with them. I had a some of those symptoms in the link, (not the more autism specific ones) with no labels applied to me. I could barely concentrate in school, I was daydreaming or nodding off with a sore body. I knew something wasn’t right, and no one did anything about
it. First tick on me that I can remember I was maybe around four to five years old. That was the 1970s for you.
