Urine

I dmt have a uti. When I urinate and the urine drips out its a white drip also with chunks of white stuff Falling in toilet. I dnt do anything so no stds , anyone have this with lyme? Can parasites do this as I've heard schistosoma bt not sure what others? Also can it be mycoplasma or the bart? Mold or yeast? Most get itchy with a yeast infection which I'm not and would know if I had one. Maybe it's yeast coming from my insides like my stomach and making its way out? Sometimes I'll get nausea and all of a sudden a white chunk will fall out amd then the nausea passes which makes me think it's yeast or mild? Only thing I've ever had is a lactobacillus overgrowth. The white drip of urine at the end of the stream is vwry bothersome not knowing what it is. Also maybe kidney stones if not crystalized flakes?

Are you 100% positive the white discharge is coming from the urethra, and not just normal vaginal discharge mixing in with the urine as it comes out? I have known several people who have been confused by this. When you insert a finger into your vagina, is there white discharge on it? It's very normal to have white vaginal discharge, especially at certain times of one's cycle.
