This is a reposted update from my other post. This is exactly what I've been seeing drip out of myurine and falling into the toilet bowel. Anyone know what this is? Are they crystalized flakes, yeast, mold balls lol?? Here's the link, the stuff I'm getting in my urine looks like the pic on this link that says "24 hrs" when you scroll down. Oxalates? I have read about people with oxalate issues having sediment in their urine.

Do you have pain?

I've had pain in the past, in the pelvis area. It was like something was stabbing, stretching and ripping all at the same time type feeling. It would hurt in uterus area when urinating and extremely sore upon pressing. Tested negative for utis most times , no std, no nothing so idk what else. My doc mentioned kindly stones but wasnt sure as the ultra sound was negative. Maybe I should get oxalate levels tested. I've read somewhere if you have magnesium deficiency, it can cause crystalized flakes or kidney stones, sediment etc.

To me it sounds like and oxalate issue but what do I know. So many people have urinary tract issues from oxalates. A lot of other issues. My chronic issue is pain in traps. The pain is immediate if I eat a high ox food.

f you do Facebook join the Trying Low oxalate group. Wealth of info. They have started a youtube channel but I have never listened to it.

I think youtube channel is their answer to people who dont want to join FB. It is too bad that there is so much more info in their FB group than what is probably in this video. When I searched the group for sediment there were a lot of hits.

i have had load of reddish brown sediment in my urine in the past - just from a multivitamin tablet -an expensive one - not sure which ingredient was doing it - but it stopped when i changed the multivitamin and there were no other adverse effects i was aware of

I'm almost positive that vitamin b can cause that .
