Been on rif for a week and it's doing some good. I'm also taking bile acids along with it so have more and more healthy bowel movements. Although I've read the rifax really only treats hydrogen sibo and not methane and also is used more for diareah which I rarely have. I may add allicin in with it and see what happens. I have way less nausea then before I started these meds and way less bloating and more appetite now. I'm trying to keep In mind this isn't permission for me to go back to sugar or junk of course lol. I steam collard greens almost every day which has been so beneficial to my body and healing. Idk if anyone else has loaded up on the dark leafy greens. Kale and spinach are always mentioned but collard greens are rarely mentioned and need a little more credit lol.
