i like that the researcher gave propers to they're native culture . and lets say the gut bacteria does activate t cells they are going after an systemic intercellular bacteria , not attacking ones self , though it may appear as such. this rhetoric of "autoimmune" is halting any real scientific progress ; as far as finding the true roots of ailments.
in my experience i have seen a quite a few people reverse RA with a long simple treatment of mycoplasma in the bones . myco fermantis and mycoplasma pneumoniae are certainly prevalent in most humans these days . low dose minocycline and diet changes can be enough for some to gain their mobility back . hope this helps someone suffering somewhere...
