Oh, good!! Then it much more likely that it’s all related to the tick bite.

Purely speculation…. my doctor (LLND) said I should be feeling 100% after one month and off the medications in three months. Does this sound just totally unreasonable?

It sounds unreasonable to me. It is still somewhat early in the infection since you were bit in May and developed symptoms in August, which is good. You likely have coinfections, which requires different and multiple antibiotics like bartonella.

Dr Burrascanos guidelines.

“EARLY DISSEMINATED: Milder symptoms present for less than one year and not complicated by immune deficiency or prior steroid treatment:
1) Adults: oral therapy until no active disease for 4 to 8 weeks (4-6 months typical) “

So you need to treat until symptoms resolve PLUS 4-8 weeks.
