I can't find it either and just spent a good amount of time looking. However, I might be able to provide some additional information as to why. It's not produced in India. Meaning, not even if you were a local there. I'm not sure why that is.
There's a veterinary version but you would need a script
for that too...
I checked some of the Russian websites and they don't have it either. They might have it locally but I don't know how to check that as I don't speak Russian.
I do know some doctors and even online services will easily prescribe malarone as prophylaxis for trips to "exotic"
locations. I know Malarone is not what you asked for but just in case. You might be able to explain your situation to them and ask for Atovaquone by itself (without Proguanil).
