I used to sprinkle cinnamon on lots of things to eat with no issues. Now when I have some cinnamon, I notice I start sweating really bad almost like flushed feeling! My heart rate will go up a little and feel a little anxiety . Is cinnamon a biofilm buster as I've read somewhere? Also I'm not using cinnamon oil but the powdered one. I have heard cinnamon can kill lyme etc.
