First, managing triggers as much as possible, including a low-histamine diet, and avoiding: allergens, sensory overstimulation, mold, stress, exertion, heat, cold, etc.
Are you doing any sort of antimicrobial treatment lately? Any degree of herxing can make MCAS flare, and often needs to be stopped entirely until MCAS is under better control.
The supplements that help me the most are curcumin, quercetin, vitamin C, and bromelain. I have not tried DAO, but it's next on my list. H1 and H2 antihistamines did not help me (and contributed unpleasant side effects) but I know other forum members have found them very helpful.
For GI symptoms, oral cromolyn sodium is like a miracle.
DNRS limbic system retraining also was very helpful or me.
Have you read Toxic by Neil Nathan yet? That was a hugely important book for me.
