Pediatric Lyme literate doctor long island, NY

My 4 year old was just discharged from the hospital with a lyme diagnosis. They sent us home on 4 weeks of amoxicillin. I want to cover all my bases and find a lyme literate doctor here on Long Island so make sure he is getting proper treatment. He was pretty sick - fever and an extremely painful joint to where he could not bear weight at all. He’s walking again since the IV antibiotics in the hospital, but still limping. If anyone knows a doctor who could help me please reach out!

I don’t know if there’s a Pediatric LLMD in the list but if you call some of the offices - they may have some suggestions.
… or you might have to go further away to get a good LLMD to treat him.

Because it’s a fairly recent infection - he may just need a few more weeks of abx.
