Pain-wise, I understand what you’re going through. I had the same thing, but I was not taking care of kids on top of it.
So I tried many different muscle tension release techniques from various types of clinicians, yes, all of it, which is too much to list here without making this post to long.
It helped, but didn’t do a whole lot until after my long antibiotic use. After that those techniques work much better.
So what I’m getting at is it seems like in my case and possibly your case in other peoples cases work this pain relief is just temporary early because of the nervous system is basically stuck. That’s what controls her muscles and even your fascia.
The last phone that I tried and just started experimenting with the spring was acupuncture. I’ve done everything else. I wish I hadn’t waited so long.
I waited so long because the nomenclature used in traditional Chinese acupuncture sounds kind of bogus. But it isn’t. They use the term ying/yang , energy and blocked energy all over the place ,…in my translation that is equal to tension.
You might try googling acupuncture in your area. I am lucky enough to have health insurance and it is now covered under my co-pay.
It doesn’t hurt the needles are only put in very shallow. Actually some of the things I read about online about how deep the needles go is actually incorrect. The hardest thing to do for your first session is to just try to relax while they put these tiny needles in you, once they’re in there you can’t tell them you just lay there for about 20 minutes they come by and touch them halfway in between the re-energize or something like that.
The first session did not do much for me. The second and third sessions did as my body loosened up the following weeks after those sessions.
So instead of doing the same thing which is not working good for you, you might want to try this . In my case, cost was the same.
