I’m on a waitlist for 3 months to see a Dr. that can treat both. What could I take to feel at least functional until then? I was thinking of green juices and chlorella to keep up with the biotoxins.

As long as you don’t have mercury amalgams (silver fillings in your teeth) or high mercury levels from some other exposure, then chlorella should be fine.

Are you out of mold exposure now?

Do you take TUDCA? It was the first thing that made a difference for me after years of glutathione, various binders, Buhner protocol, other supplements.
