Here's a list of mast cell stabilizers. (I know you said you don't tolerate vitamin C or curcumin, but I've left them on the list in case others are interested.)

supplements for DAO production (iron, zinc, phosphorous, B12, magnesium)

lymphatic massage (if it does not irritate your skin) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QA-wi0d7-Ro
rebounding (swing, trampoline)

tapping (EFT) https://www.thetappingsolution.com/#what-is-eft-tapping
If you take probiotics, make sure you are taking low-histamine strains only and avoid the following high-histamine strains:
Lactobacillus bulgaricus
Lactobacillus casei
S. thermophilus
Lactobacillus delbrueckii
B. Lichenformis
Lactobaccilus helveticus
Switch to a strict low-histamine diet. Avoid high-histamine foods, including:
bananas with brown speckles
ripe raspberries
ripe stone fruits (charry, peach, nectarine, plum, apricot)
citrus
tomatoes
alcohol
lion's mane mushroom
other mushrooms
tempeh
miso
sauerkraut
kefir
kombucha
kimchi
vinegar
pickles (pickled vegetables)
yogurt
nutritional yeast
coconut aminos
cultured cheese (including plant-based cheese)
aged meats (including some plant-based jerkies)
tamari
soy products
dried fruits
leftovers
canned foods
chocolate
coffee (caffeine, high in mold)
yeast
nut butters (high in mold)
Note: During an MCAS flare, eating and drinking can cause MCAS to worsen, even if those foods and beverages contain low or no histamine.
Avoid triggers as much as possible until your mast cell activity is under better control. Triggers vary from person to person, but common triggers include:
stress
exertion, especially cardiovascular exercise
mold and mycotoxin exposure
endotoxins from dying pathogens (tick-borne bacteria, parasites, candida, etc.)
allergens (pollen, dander, dust, mold, foods, poison ivy, etc.)
high-histamine foods, beverages, and supplements
skin abrasion (rough fabrics, massages, scratches)
showers
hot baths
heat (including saunas and hot weather)
cold (especially shivering)
toxins (air, water, body products, cosmetics, metals, cleaning products, food, laundry, etc.)
chemical exposure (particularly for people with multiple chemical sensitivities)
- possible to react to natural, nontoxic compounds, like essential oils
overloaded detox pathways (lymph, liver, biliary tract, kidneys, GI tract)
- make sure you are hydrated and having complete bowel movements every day
- make sure you move your body, even if it's just rebounding or restorative yoga
- streamline your supplement and drug regimens as much as possible
menstruation and estrogenic activity
immune system activation (exposure to a virus, other infection, vaccine, immune-boosting supplements)
- opt for immune-modulating supplements instead (reishi, quercetin, curcumin, etc.)
- take extra care toward the end of a virus, helping your immune system know when it's time to chill out again
antimicrobial drugs and supplements
barometric pressure drops
As for the mold, I think once you have a mold sensitivity, chronic inflammatory response syndrome, and/or mycotoxin illness, you really should stop exposure if at all possible. Do you think the pipes are leaking behind the wall, or is there visible mold under the sink? Do you have a basement? An area that is kept at less than 60% humidity will not grow further mold, but that's very difficult to achieve in a bathroom. Mycotoxins are released when mold is dying, disturbed, or threatened, so manage this carefully. All of that said, I was able to get much better while still living in a moldy house, so people do vary in just how big a role mold plays.
I hope some of this is helpful!
