Anyone Deep into Heart Diagnostics?

Hey, its me again.

My SOB, and chestpains are getting kinda bad so I was wondering a few things.

1. Findings:
Normal visualization of the co-imaged lung parenchyma. Normal heart size without dilatation of the heart cavities. No evidence of segmental wall motion abnormalities. No valve insufficiencies, no valve stenoses. No pericardial effusion, no myocardial edema, no late enhancement. LV EF 61%, LV EDV 157ml / ESV 61ml. No myocarditis, Overall unremarkable examination findings.

ECG: Persistence of S-wave until V6, hesitant R-progress.???

NYHA-Stadium I-II

RVSP in ECHO: 27mmHg, TAPSE: 3.1cm

My lung/chest/heart area still hurts like hell and i get heart palpitations out of no where that are so strong that I think my heart stops entirely. Also I have very high resting heart rate without beta blockers.

I just know there is something wrong. Yet everything aside this S-wave thing comes back negative.


What would you conclude?

basically they checked everything and the only root cause left over is lyme and/or co-infections. so thats the way to go i guess. it still feels weird, as it seems heart and chest problems seem to be my ONLY leftover symptom but its very intense.

no fainting, no leg pain, no headache anymore all gone by just 10 weeks of abx - yet the biggest problem of all: heart - thats the one that has to stay of course. i'd rather switch it around lol

My LLMD actually planned a 24h-holster ECG to Catch any arythmia. Thats the good Thing.

Hawthorn and Nebivolol combined has been helpful but the Problem still Kind of "Breaks Out" more than often. Just a Bit less..

Good to Hear s persistance and r Progress can be normal.

I will keep you guys posted about the Monitoring ECG

Edit: I have bought a Fitbit Sense to Catch my sleep and search for sleep apnea and weird Pulse Changes. Hope its worth smthn

My cardiologists told me that the number of PVCs I have is not a concern, but they can be distracting and can even start to hurt when they occur often. I have found that taking a very deep breath - like so deep it hurts a little - and holding it while "bearing down" is helpful. Sort of like when you are trying to pop your ears on an airplane. Supposedly this affects the vagus nerve and resets the heart rhythm. When my body is in a phase of having PVCs every 50 beats or so, this will eliminate them for at least several hours.

I also have managed to stop them by slowing and deepening my breath. I do this especially lying in bed at night, and it's very calming to listen to my heartbeats and focus on my breath.

Keeping my nervous system in good condition also seems to make a difference. If I am neglecting nervous system health and/or am stressed, then I'm more likely to have PVCs. A few things that help me: singing, gargling, yoga, walks, tapping (EFT), breathwork and breathing exercises, and DNRS limbic system retraining practice. I have found acupuncture and craniosacral therapy to be helpful for my nervous system as well, in addition to anything beneficial for stress management and mental health.

Taking magnesium and B vitamins in an ongoing way helps my nervous system behave properly, and CBD is wonderful for occasional flare-ups of symptoms.

I also avoid stimulants that could impact the signals being sent to my heart, like caffeine.

yep - i was pretty fit before lyme - no a competitive athlete - but recreationally - able to do hardcore mountain bike freeride in the hills for 4 hrs without an issue.

around i year ago - when just starting to ramp up on antimicrobial herbs - i started getting outrageous arrhythmias - scary stuff - super loud and irregular beats - skipped beats - PCV etc most noticeable at night
it cleared up after around 4 months more treatment and i have had very little sign of palpitations since then - just some unusually load beats at time - eg when herxing - but i had that before the palpitations also.

i have however since developed pain in the heart area in the middle of the night - more like waves of tightness, pain, pain travelling down left arm, heavy weight on chest, slight odd nausea feeling.

this started with mild version 2 weeks after a mild bout of covid - and then developed much more after another bout of covid soon after ( i hardly go anywhere - but thought i should be a bit more sociable - and went to a family meal and then a funeral and got COVID both times!!)

i was also ramping up oil of oregano for bart at the time - and the attacks seemed to coincide with the steps in dose.

so its all just associations in time - but my best guess is that the inflammation from lyme / bart put me at greater risk of heart issues - then extra inflammation and immune disturbance from COVID dysregulated things further - and the oregano oil herx on top may have been the final straw to trigger some kind of heart inflammation

i have had milder flares of the same thing since when taking antibiotics - so i think that lends weight to the idea that inflammation from herx is involved. hopefully it will settle as more of the infection is treated / peeled away and the herx is less

i was lucky enough to see one of the best cardiologists in the country the other day.
it was one of those rare and positive discussions with a conventional medicine doctor
He was aware of bart and lyme causing heart issues - and was aware that the serologic tests are v poor. He still thought the chances of my issues being caused by either were small - but worth checking out
i am booked in for angiogram and echocardiogram to see if there is any physical signs of cardiovascular disease.

Update: was at the LLMD today.

- got a 24h ECG Holster
- my Magnesium is dangerously low (sich might cause my Heart Problems after all)
- cd57 is 128
- she now Tested for Parasites, Bartonella, Babesia, EBV, HPV, VZV, Chlamydia Pneumonie, lamblia and Candida

We will see!
Also she Said she will prescribe me ivermectin next appt. Finally!!!

Yeah thats defo true.

What i didnt know tho is that magnesium, contributes to the Heart rythm by prolonging the qt time and doing the opposite Job of Calcium. Thats why a Calcium/Magnesium Balance is very important for a good Heart rythm.

Also what I learned from her is that very Low Magnesium (wich i have Had) can cause Tachykardia and elevated HR.

Now i am taking high Dose of Mixed magnesiumcitrate and magnesiumcarbonate (compound blend)

I will see how It works.
For now i will start daking doxycycline again alongside sida acuta, houuttyyhshsjs (whatever lol), Milk thistle, cinnamon, Clove and msm/glutathione of course.
