If your antibodies elevate again after your next IGIV, I would check the thyroid hormones again too, with the same lab as a baseline just to re-assure that these antibody levels are not doing anything to your thyroid.

every batch of IVIG may be different - but if you can track antibodies going up wen you are on it and gradually decreasing the weeks you are off it then its a good indication its from the IVIG
testing your actual thyroid hormone levels tsh, t3 and t4 as a minimum - should also give you insight into whether your thyroid is affected by the elevated antibodies
