That’s a good idea BlazerGermany…And then at the end of our post we can tell what has been helping us through all our struggles with Lyme, MACS, etc.
I’m a little frustrated with the fact that I seem to have to tell people that I have these issues with my health.
Maybe some of you can relate? I look perfectly fine…but I can’t eat what most people eat because of MCAS flairs…I can’t go in the sunshine or I’ll get an itchy rash…And then when I’m tired & laying on the sofa my husband wants me to help him with something outside…he doesn’t understand that I’m having a herx…
It was really upsetting over a year ago when this first started to happen…slowly getting better…it’s like learning how to live your life with Lyme, MACS, etc. while we treat ourselves with a barrage of “hit or miss” treatments.
If it wasn’t for my “Faith” I would really despair…Also, I’m so thankful that we have a platform here on these boards…I have been learning a lot.
