(Other places say more clay color vs yellow. Ive never pooped out a little yellow school bus.....clay color, yes and its weird.)

eight years ago)
My Bilirubin has been occasionally elevated on the standard blood test panel for three decades (my whole adult life).
I just had a "standard blood panel" test, so I will look to see if its elevated again. If it is, that explains part what I'm seeing in the toilet(!)

Then if your also on or near the keto diet (with more fats), this can also cause lighter colored poo... (which for normal people may correct after a few weeks appaently, or at least might correct with additional bile supplement, and maybe a liver/gall bladder flush (per Garzie on another post of mine,..and google).
