I had bad hand tremors with these infections- it was hard to work. The LLMD Rx'ed Propranerolo for that and high BP. Today I only take 1/3 the amount, (getting close to 60).
1)Had the dizzyness at the worst times.
2)And sometimes vertigo (world was spinning). Did not matter if "couching" or physically moving at the time...
Every year it got better, till I forgot about
it. sometimes #1 still happens but not very bad.

I had tremors on my left hand (my bad side)
It’s almost completely gone (about
98 % better now)

Dizziness and weakness (and twitches, although not tremors) were symptoms for me in an ongoing way, and definitely worsened with herxing. Bartonella herxing especially made the dizziness quite severe.

I had tremors from mold illness.
Sounds like you have toxin overload.

It’s not a herx system, but lately I’ve experienced dizziness and came close to full-blown vertigo 10 days ago. Ground seemed like it was moving, but I was standing still.
Reason I it is because I’m not treating right now, so it has to be an infection or autoimmune, both symptoms of which tests show as positive.

Running Wild, I'm not sure where you live, but it's ragweed season in some places, and I know some Lyme-free folks who have experienced vertigo lately just from the fluid build-up in their ears due to allergies. The weather this year has made some allergens much worse than usual, so I'm seeing people complain of allergies who never had them before. Just another thought about
what could be going on for you.
I despise vertigo. Drives me absolutely crazy.

Hey saraeli - I had wondered about
pollen but it has gone on for too long, and our pollen count has been negligible around Atlanta area.
Seems it may be neuropathy related, possibly autonomic. Totally agree about
your thoughts on vertigo. There are very few things worse to experience.
