Hormonal migraines and lyme

I'm desperate, my hormones are screwed because of lyme. What can i do about hormonal migraines and what do they indicate? Doesn't it use indicate high estrogen or a drop in progesterone ? Also I have endo which is usually high estrogen bt idk. How can I fix the hormonal migraines because I'm on a low dose estrogen/progesterone pill already. I heard and read that zinc is really essential for balancing our hormones. Anyone else have the hormonal migraines and how did you get rid of them? Lyme just makes the hormones even more screwed up.
