If you can’t find anything after the holidays to celebrate, well, longer daylight certainly is a positive change. Up in the north central on a sunny day, it seems like we visually have about 35 more minutes before sunset now; which means there is still a little daylight at 5 o’clock.
It’s amazing how progressive the change is in the month before and after the shortest day of the year. If I may seem a little overly positive about this, maybe its because our normally extremely harsh winter (can be very stressful) has also been very unusually easy so far. (I realize it’s been a different story south and way east of here).

LDN: Seeing a new functional medicine doctor tomorrow for my leftover auto immune, immune deficiency , and digestive issues. This one prescribes LDN, which I did not know, until recently, on my other post that some people here get this on their own. Whatever the case, I’m not going to try it till after my trip. And will clearly mention how low of dose some people here start at, so I will hopefully avoid starting at a higher dose if I go with prescribed compounded, LDN.🤔
