I’ve had similar experiences to a lesser degree. It sounds like a pretty severe case of what is called post exertional malaise or exercise intolerance or in its severe form ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome).
It can occur with many illnesses, including post acute infections, with Lyme/coinfections, and with environmental illness like mold or heavy metal toxicity. Sounds like you also have multiple chemical sensitivities, which is an environmentally induced illness frequently caused by mold exposure. When smells cause symptoms, that’s a sign of multiple chemical sensitivities. Fragrance, chemicals in household cleaners, gasoline, smoke are all very common triggers.
For what it’s worth, TUDCA helped me significantly with multiple chemical sensitivities.
I would recommend that you get in as clean and non-toxic an environment as possible and focus on detox and mitochondrial support.
You may also have POTS - the episodes when standing up. I believe this can be diagnosed with a tilt table test. MCAS and POTS often occur together. MCAS and MCS are closely connected. Might want to try various treatments for MCAS, if you are not already.
