A few ideas for keeping things moving:
Vitamin C (increase dose until you have a bowel movement)
Magnesium citrate (or oxide, carbonate, gluconate, chloride)
Eating a diet in which half of every plate/bowl is vegetables
Psillium powder or ground husk
Ground flax seeds
Probiotics
Hot tea or coffee
Exercise (mechanical digestion)
Yoga poses for elimination
Abdominal massage (clockwise circles around colon especially)
Ensuring times of day with your nervous system in "rest and digest" instead of "fight or flight"
Acupuncture
Sweet potatoes or pumpkin
Dried fruit (especially prunes)
Beans, brown rice, or other high-fiber foods
Prune juice
Raw fruit and vegetable smoothies
Personally I found that not having a thorough bowel movement every day made me feel way worse than not taking binders. Herxes were terrible for me, but binders were not something I tolerated, so I just kept my doses of antimicrobials low. (To me, not having a bowel movement = not tolerating binders, but I know not everyone feels that way.) Vegetables have binding properties, so I let them do the work!
Are you taking binders to lower herxes from antimicrobials? Or to treat mold toxicity? If you're addressing mold, then you might find this chart helpful: https://neilnathanmd.com/detoxification-of-mycotoxins/
