Chlorella in capsule or powder form?

So i bought chlorella in powder and capsule form. Not sure which one to take. I read the ingredients on the bottle of capsules, it only mentions what the capsule is made of but the contents are chlorella powder. The pouch of powder doesn't have anything in it except powder. Which do you recommend?

Note: I cannot swallow whole pills so I will be mixing the powder in liquid and taking it that way. If I go with the capsules, I'll be emptying the contents into liquid.

if the ingredients are correct - both should be exactly the same - just powdered chlorella

maybe just go with whichever one you trust the labelling / brand more
