I don’t know who told you that the best option to treat POTS is celery juice but that is incorrect. How does celery juice help the autonomic nervous system? I would actually love to know the proposed theory behind this!
The best options are medications that slow down the heart rate, narrow the blood vessels, increase blood volume, retain salt, reduce urine production, increase parasympathetic nervous system activity and potentially lower or raise blood pressure depending on what type of pots you have.
This usually takes a combination and trial and error to find what works for you.
Considering you went to the best cardiologist for POTS. What did he suggest?
If you want to treat it ‘naturally’ first the only thing I’ve found helpful is medical grade compression tights that cover the abdomen and using electrolytes in my water throughout the day.
