(how to order online Labcorp CD57 test?) EDIT: Got it at the hospital

I also had a different independent Func. Md place the CD57 lab order with lab corp one time.

Then a year after labcorp dropped this test (early covid era).

But now it on their website test menu again.

Between age, thyroid, a full max brain capacity, and reminents of all these infections..........I cant remember sh_t anymore. It sucks. A co-worker a few years older is the same.

Oddly, my brain works the best late afternoon, or early evening right after my "after work 15-20 power nap".

I think the problem is it turned out its sometimes high and sometimes low in lyme patients.

Seems like the CD57 test was more meaningful as a Bb Diagnostic Test, some older articles even referred to it as a breakthrough in more deterministic testing. Of late, its importance appears to be more watered down.... any opinions on this?

Other than the first time years ago, I dont use it as a tick infection diagnostic.

It measures an average grouping of several immune type cells. Natural Killer and T cells if I remember correctly.

There are many types of rare Primary Immune Deficiency “ diseases”. I can check off a couple boxes in that family of deficiencies.

For me, this is an easy glance at parts of my hampered immune system vs the thousand dollar annual tests at the immune clinic.

kind of like periodically checking the psi on a cars spare tire.

yep that "normal range" defo looks odd to me -

i wonder if its another case of the general population getting sicker - eg from all the immune disrupting chemicals in our food and environment - so they have just adjusted the normal range to suit

the upper limit being the same seems to point to it not being an equipment / test methodology type issue
