Babesia Test in Europe

hey im a bit stucked wiht my treatment, but i think babesia causes some of my problem. But to be sure i would love to test it. So i read that the most classic labs like armin lab or chronic lab are not really working. There is this igenix fish test in the US that should be good, but its in the US....Somebody has expierence with testing babesia in Europe?

I don't know if they are good but there is R.E.D. labs in Belgium:
