hello and Welcome to the forum
i echo the sentiments above -
to explain further - the symptoms we experience are rarely the direct effects of the microbes themselves - but more the immune response our body has to them - and immune responses are extremely variable from person to person.
this means that everyone's symptoms picture is different - and although there is a lot written about
the symptoms of the various infections - its very hard to do that in a simple way without creating a kind of "cartoon cut-out" of the real complexity and nuance involved - for example - in this simplified view "Night sweats = Babesia" when in reality several other infections or possibly any infection can cause night sweats.
so these symptoms pictures are best viewed as kind of exaggerated or over simplifications of what to expect in real patients - which is likely to be much less clear - more nuanced with a great deal of overlap - and more a subtle leaning or colouring of the symptoms pattern towards one of more infections - than a clear delineation.
that said
recurrent sweats WITH actual high fevers are associated with Babesia (but may be suppressed by other infections if present like bartonella) and doesn't rule out any other infection
migrating joint pains or neuropathies ( buzzing, tingling, burning, stabbing sensations ) are associated with borrelia ( there are studies showing this is one of the few differential symptoms)
certain linear rashes - called "Striae" - are highly indicative of bartonella infection - and if present are more definitive than most blood tests
with all of the above caveats - one of the most reliable sources for information on Lyme disease and co-infections - is an organisation called Invisible international
they produce a symptoms chart that attempts to indicate which symptoms are most associated with which infections - but again bear in mind not all symptoms of each infection on the chart will be present in every case - and there is a great deal of overlap.
