Head injury with headache

18 months ago I was walking down steps holding my newborn daughter I missed a stepped and fell backwards since I was holding her all I could do was hold her tight and let myself fall.. The back of my head above the neck caught the step... I should've went to the ER but with a new baby and a 18 month old and my fiancé at work just didn't seem possible..after the fall I was stiff with slight pain.. A month later or so I started to get pressure headaches in the spot where I fell.. I can pin point the exact spot where I hit my head because of the headache... I've gone to a pcp and I was given a X-ray of my neck and nothing was shown on it... Now I am a year and half in and I wake up and go to sleep with the same headache.. Some days it's worse and some days I can barely tell its there... Advil works sometimes but not always... I was wondering if anyone had a similar fall and what was the result of it... I've been thinking it might be a pinched nerve in my neck so I am going to try a chiropractor
