Traumatic head injury

Can anyone help
I am male of 20 years old and got a hit on my left side of head just over my ear and 1-2 days felt some pain then i forgot it but now 2 weeks later i am feeling a little something or pain type or a little heavyness on my left side head please tell is it a myth or some serious traumatic injury and what should i do wait or go for some tests

I had a traumatic head injury years ago and went into coma for days. I don't remember much about it, but if you have not gone to the doctor definitely go. Things can be going on that you're unaware of.
